Randolph Stafford | Farm Table Catering

My name is Randolph Stafford. I own a company called Farm Table Catering. I grow as much food as I possibly can in my 5000 square foot garden, and use the vegetables for event menus. When I need more food than I can grow, I buy from local farmers who I know and trust. I believe in serving modern interpretaions of vernacular dishes, using only fresh, seasonal, local products. I know that a lot of people make this claim, but I really do it. I maintain a blog to document the work that we do in the kitchen, and in our garden. Most of our clients hire us to cater small, multiple course dinners or cocktail parties. We do also cater larger events, but we certainly focus on the smaller events. I have worked for several other Charleston caterers including Carolina Catering, Iverson Catering, and Tom Smith Catering. I have also worked at Red Drum Gastropub and McCradys.
