Born and raised on the island of Manhattan, NYC, I am first generation Cuban-American, my parents being from the isle of Cuba. I was influenced by a combination of American and Latino culture, which is noted in my works by the juxtaposition of bright colors and story-telling shapes.
As a young girl, I was exposed to a country lifestyle in Pennsylvania, which sparked my enthusiasm about the natural environment and caring for the conservation of our wildlife.
On one of my travels I visited Charleston, S.C. and was immediately attracted to its beauty, charm and wildlife. I decided to make it my home and now reside on another island, Johns Island in South Carolina.
Graphic Design, Painting, Printmaking and simply "ART" has always been my escape from reality and my passion.
As a creative professional, I will collaborate with you to define your needs in the communication world of print, web or masterpiece.
