This five-week class is a continuation of the skills developed in the figurative drawing course. Settings, environments and props will be considered as a way to give the figure a sense of place and narrative. Instruction in foreshortening, distortion and personal expression will be used as way to consider the dynamic complexities and human psychology of drawing the figure based upon the techniques gained in the previous course.
